Kim Cattrall

 Kim Victoria Cattrall ( born 21 August 1956) is an British and Canadian actress. Her character in the role of Samantha Jones in HBO's Sex and the City (1998-04) earned five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations. She also received the 2002 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. In the movies Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010) she returned to her character.



 



 Cattrall's film debut was in Rosebud (1975) in the film Rosebud (1975), and she would go on to play numerous roles on television. In the 1980s, Cattrall rose to prominence in films like Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin (87), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989).
